Yes of course , hi everyone my name is Jennifer Guillen. I’m a real estate agent in Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas. I also sell south Texas (Rio Grande Valley). Growing up with a single mom who raised my siblings and I made me a strong independent woman I am today. Our mother worked so hard for us to provide and purchase a home all by herself and for that I’m thankful for we were able to create beautiful memories with my siblings and now my twins are able to visit my mom and play in the room I grew up in. I’m passionate about pivotal moments in people’s lives, such as finding their dream home. The joy of helping clients navigate their real estate dream and turning their aspirations into reality is a driving force for me. I started my real estate career by starting clases at champions school of real estate and began my career there I met Gene my transaction coordinator who just turn 95 years old and it’s been a realtor her whole life she took me under her wing and thought me so many things . My goal is to help as many families that I can reach their real estate goals.

Have you ever had to pivot?

Discipline in real estate involves staying organized and managing time effectively, especially because I am a twin mom and time management is required. As a professional agent in this field we need to be diligent in keeping up with market trends, understanding legal aspects of transactions, and providing excellent customer service to my clients.
