Mario, appreciate you joining us today. Being a business owner can be really hard sometimes. It’s rewarding, but most business owners we’ve spoken sometimes think about what it would have been like to have had a regular job instead. Have you ever wondered that yourself? Maybe you can talk to us about a time when you felt this way?
Yes, I’m very happy. I always dreamed of having my own company and being “free” when it came to working and carrying out ideas. I think it is the best way to fulfill yourself as a person since it allows you to learn countless aspects about life on a daily basis and to be able to contribute and help many people thanks to your work.

I began my career working as a technician in various agricultural operations and agrochemical distribution companies. I always had a strong desire to share knowledge, which led me to learn about communication and marketing.
Over time, I decided to start my own entrepreneurial project based on helping farmers improve the management of their operations. After almost 4 years, my business group has evolved and the management of farms is now in the background. Our main project is the agromarketing.online marketing agency, whose mission is to transform the sector through knowledge. We aspire to be the leading digital marketing agency in agriculture for all Spanish-speaking countries and to help more than 1,000,000 professionals in the sector improve their professional performance and results through knowledge. To this end, we provide services to leading companies in the sector in all areas related to digital marketing and, at the same time, we lead some very important dissemination projects in the sector.
In addition to all of this, during these years I have had the opportunity to have my own agricultural operation and my own crops where I can continue learning to improve my work as a technician and disseminator.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Without a doubt, share my knowledge and make it available to the sector in a totally open and altruistic way. This has made me position myself as a reference and, above all, access to super interesting projects. Furthermore, it is very rewarding to see how you can help others by sharing what you know and what you learn.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Listening, taking care of the details and making the company a vehicle that facilitates and improves the lives of your colleagues. Of course, making them feel important and know what their different desires and ambitions are. I believe that the company should be an important part of people’s lives since it takes up a large part of our time… so it is essential to ensure a good work environment, camaraderie and help on a daily basis
