How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
At Ghost-concierge we stay in touch with our members by sending them a newsletter at the start of the month offering them the best discounts of the moment in each sector (travel, ticket, local deal, etc.) We do not forget to know the habits of our members in order to better guide them in their experience at Ghost-conciergerie while remaining discreet and in the shadows, the number 1 objective for us is to anticipate the wishes of our members.
