Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tiara Barnes . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Tiara , thanks for joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

1. The story behind my mission is to serve God, to be real and transparent about my life experiences. I want to help others see the light in any situation. I also want to encourage others that you’re able to love God and be yourself. Even through all our mistakes and challenges he is with us. Developing a better relationship with God will allow you to see that. Let’s break generational curses and not waste the talents God has giving us. If you can sing, dance, teach, preach, speak then do these things. You don’t have to stick to just one thing, you can do them all, it’s always room for you and your creativity!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

2. Im the type of person who does multiple things. I don’t feel I have to be labeled as anything nor put in a box. My variety is wide. I’ve know this since I was young but when asked “what do you want to be when you grow up” I didn’t just have one answer. Each year was different because I really wanted to do a lot. I’m a child of God, a dancer, a singer, an artist, a chef, a spokeswoman, a teacher, an author, a stylist, a model, and maybe even a therapist. I may not have the degrees or certifications but I know who’s I am! This is why on my social media you see so much of my creativity. I don’t need a niche I’m simply creative and I thank God for it!

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

3. I feel my goal is to encourage and at times I do that with grabbing a camera. I post videos on YouTube, on my Instagram and on TikTok. These platforms are here for a reason. Do you know how many businesses these platforms have helped? This is a tool and I’m not doing for my own gain. I’m trying to reach Gods people. I’m not just doing it for views or likes, but because I’m called to it. Wherever you see my videos whether it’s cooking, painting or on a YouTube video with my Fiancé. I hope you see the passion of working for God. These thoughts aren’t my own, it’s his creativity that gives me the vision or the enthusiasm to do the next thing and so forth.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

About a year ago I laid everything at Gods footstool. I had a goal to be an influencer but to be honest it wasn’t for the right reasons. I was chasing the fame and the success. But once I found Transformation Church I grew even more closer with God. I read my bible everyday to understand his teachings. My fiancé and I stop recording videos and fasted seeking answers. A month or two after we were moving out of home and for 5 months we slept on our car. This year we moved into our new home and we’re doing all the things God called us to. He restored us and our faith
