Alright, Brina thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Before we talk about all of your success, let’s start with a story of failure. Can you open up about a time when you’ve failed?

The times I have failed is the moments I did not allow the space for failure. When you begin a journey of entrepreneurship you desire control of your own destiny. We do have the power to control our destiny and chase our deepest desires. However, I failed when I did not give myself the space to be innovative and assertive. That takes bravery and a solid support team. I have failed by not reaching out for help and by not taking risks. As I continue to grow my bussniess and set out on my mission, I have learned that I will fail time and time again. Whether a launch of a new product, program as failed or a certain outcome is not what I expected. I have learned that it is okay. It is part of the journey. The only times I have failed is when I do not allow myself space to grow.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My name is Brina, creator of Monarch Dream Co. I create reiki and magick infused products that help you on your spiritual and healing journey.

I went to school knowing that I wanted to help others connect with their most authentic self. To be confident in expressing their dreams and embracing transformation. When I had my first tarot reading and reiki session something clicked.

I was able to understand where my path was leading me. I was meant to lead others to reclaim their power and thrive in all phases of life! Connecting with divination and healing modalities, I discovered where my greatest strengths reside. I found flow as I connected to my creative genius and began my business.

It was as if I found the key. The key to how I may be of service to others and along the journey explore new possibilities for everyone!

As a Karuna Reiki master, I have a better understanding how energy flows. How crucial it is to process emotions in mind, body, and spirit. How we connect with life force energy and how to find empowerment within.

In my sessions, I ensure a safe space for my clients to connect with their higher self and have fun doing so! Connecting with our magick within is liberation. Connecting with our power is our birth right. In my practice, I enjoy exploring how energy works and how we can work alongside our innate wisdom.

We hold the keys to unlock our greatest blessings. I am proud of my collection of products and services that has helped many unlock what they desire.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

I major lesson I had to unlearn that I must play a certain role to achieve success. Authenticity and integrity is what I stand by. Before I begun my business, I felt that I had to play a certain role in this lifetime. I was not connecting to my most authentic self. Of not expressing my inner wisdom, not exploring my intuition, and not connecting with my gifts.

Once I started my business, the illusions shattered. The illusion of having to play a certain role that was not aligned. Understanding that alignment is vital and you are not failing if you leave a project or even a career that is no longer aligned.

Transformation is inevitable. Once I unlearned my understanding what safety your comfort zone brings. I was able to begin my path of fulfillment. Uncomfortability is welcomed as long as you are connected to authenticity and integrity

It is okay to be unsure of your path. As long as you feel aligned the outcome will always be in your favor!

Have you ever had to pivot?

One major pivot I had to make was how I connected with creative flow. Everyday does not look the same. My priorities are changing every single day. Being flexible and open to not having all control of my work flow was very impactful.

Entrepreneurship sets you up with the gift of adaptability. Every month will not look the same. Every project will not be created with the same outline.

When promoting my business feels forced that is when I know I must pivot. That is the beauty of creating a business. You can make changes when necessary and explore what works for you!
