Alright, Terrell thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

When I went to the major studios (sony, universal, warner etc) and presented my initial business plan to launch monytize with the why being to help charities and keep them funded on a monthly basis using Entertainment spending. I got kicked out of their offices with my tail between my legs because they only care about money / bottom line numbers. They did not have any interest in helping charities.

I had to revamp the business plan and include new revenue streams for the movies studios from the video game and music revenue and they got excited and approved me to be the first black owned streaming company ever.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

There is a book that was very instrumental in the spiritual aspect of Monytize. (Think and Grow rich). I actually got chosen to speak at the napoleon hill conference in Malaysia on the 13 principles listed in this book along with other well known professional speakers. I receive a medal from the premier of Malaysia for helping over 10,000 attendees from all of the world understand how to Monytize.
