We were lucky to catch up with Bee Thomas recently and have shared our conversation below.
Bee, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – walk us through the story?
I have a natural inclination for taking risks, which, to me, means questioning societal norms. For instance, starting a business might not be considered “normal” by some, yet countless entrepreneurs globally have embarked on this journey. In my case, I founded my own company back in 2007. Entrepreneurship itself is a prime example of risk-taking since both success and failure are possibilities. It requires a deep well of intrinsic motivation to persevere through the toughest moments. Taking a risk in the business world involves stepping into the uncomfortable, such as the year I invested $25,000 in business mentorship alone.

I am a business educator, dedicated to providing business and life transformational breakthroughs for my clients. My approach is deeply spiritual, and my work revolves around inspiring people to expect more from life, which is also the essence of my brand. This expectation is embedded in the products and services I create. My journey in education began in 2002 when I first stepped into college classrooms. Over the years, I’ve not only taught in different colleges but have also created and developed multiple schools and courses.
My extensive background in education further draws from my hands-on experience running multiple businesses across diverse industries. This knowledge has been instrumental in educating my wide-ranging clientele, encompassing sectors such as Web3, Cannabis, Book Publication, Service industries, and many more.
I have a passion for addressing the issue of boredom that many of my clients face. My mission is to ignite their entrepreneurial spirit, guiding them to build a business that not only fulfills their financial goals but is also something they genuinely enjoy.
I provide them with the knowledge and tools they need to establish a strong foundation based on proven business principles. Yet, I also encourage them to explore their unique path and carve out a niche that aligns with their vision. What sets my approach apart is the emphasis on individuality and the freedom to be a maverick in the business world, just as I have been.

I’ve had the privilege of assisting individuals facing physical challenges and those endeavoring to develop products to aid them. This journey is only possible because I remain true to myself and stay aligned with my core values.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Building a strong presence took a multifaceted approach. Firstly, I stepped into the spotlight by actively participating in interviews, podcasts, farmers’ markets, and trade shows to showcase my products and services. Speaking engagements on various stages allowed me to share insights and expertise.
Strategic use of social media also played a crucial role in connecting with the audience and conveying my value. A history of consistently delivering quality and achieving success has contributed to my reputation.
I’ve had the privilege of being invited as a guest and VIP speaker in prominent cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. My authorship of four books further solidified my expert status in the industry. One of these books garnered significant media attention, reaching millions, while another became an international bestseller in multiple categories this year.
To succeed, you must put yourself out there, create engaging content, engage with your audience, and connect with your target clientele. Personal interactions are key for people to associate a face with your brand. Writing is also a vital channel for sharing your ideas and expanding your reach.

Books have been instrumental in my journey, providing valuable guidance and insights. Works like “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill and “Success through a Positive Mental Attitude” by W. Clement Stone and Napolean Hill have profoundly influenced my perspective.
