We were lucky to catch up with Sebastian Wijata recently and have shared our conversation below.
Sebastian, appreciate you joining us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
I think those days every business owners in any industry have to be honest and making sure to provide the best service and using the best quality product people are not “blind” and will notice the difference.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
My story with cooking started in 2007 at gastronomic school in Poland, after school I was working in few restaurants ,hotels and resorts different chefs different quality. After 2012 I became the youngest executive souse chef in one of the best restaurant in my region. Everything because of one secret I was working hard so many hours 15 hours a day sometimes 7 days a week! I loved it humbly never being smart ass and acting like I know everything , my first executive chef told me very important advice on the beginning of my career and I’m trying to share this with everyone. He said “Sebastian remember !if you will ever in your life feel you know everything it’s mean it’s time to do something else pack your knives and leave” you’ll never be the best it’s so many great chefs because of they are learning everyday, different cultures different flavors, different presentation, trends etc . “You learn whole your life and you’ll day stupid” this is my everyday motto , listen to people talk , ask be curious this is the best opportunity we have
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The biggest source of new clients is always the first client, make them happy and they will spread the word around the world

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
My reputation is built on the quality of people work with me and the product , It’s so many catering business almost every corner, we have to provide something different, unique and make every event memorable.
“We’re making impossible to possibly”
