I’m happy to talk with you! My name is Phil Shearon, and I come from a family with a multi-generational background in Arizona’s homebuilding industry. My journey led me to transition from my “Corporate America” life to embrace my true passion for landscape and pool design. At Shearon Design Collective, I am the Founder and Principal Designer, leading our Landscape Designer and Pool Designer teams that specialize in crafting extraordinary outdoor spaces through mindful design.

What sets us apart is our commitment to delivering personalized and immersive experiences for discerning clients. Our meticulously crafted 3D designs and immersive video walkthroughs allow clients to step into their envisioned outdoor havens, feeling the ambiance and experiencing every intricate detail.

It all began with a leap of faith—trusting God, following where I was led, and having an incredible wife who encouraged me to follow my heart. I left a successful career in Corporate America to venture into working with a friend in the Landscape Construction space, where I contributed to business development and sales growth. Little did I know that this shift would open the door to my true passion: Landscape Design / Landscape Architecture and Pool Design.

Had I not trusted in God’s plan, I would have missed out on the incredible blessing of discovering my true passions and working in a field that fulfills me. This journey is a testament to the resilience that comes from following one’s heart and embracing the diverse seasons of life. It reminds me that there’s a unique blessing in each stage of the journey, and when we have faith, the path unfolds in incredible ways.
