We were lucky to catch up with Yeti recently and have shared our conversation below.

Yeti, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

When I was looking to create an esports organization I first thought about my experiences in them and what I could change, make better and do better with. Most esports organizations are made by esports players and we wanted to flip the script and change up who it is ran by. I knew this would work because once I want something I don’t stop till I have it, I work hard and put my whole heart into it. At the end of the day that’s what you need when your doing anything with esports or content creation

We are an esports organization, we are most proud of the esports teams we have recruited as well as our extremely talented creators. We won 1st place in our very first COD lan event in Miami, ever since then we have been very excited to see where this new COD season takes us.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

When we started building our social media presence the main key is networking, following and interacting with new people within your area of interest. building those relationships leads to you being recommended to others and it kinda trickles down from there. its always important when networking, dont do it just for the follow do it for the genuine connection. you never know who they know. That has helped us the most

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

When working in the esports industry you need to be firm yet also welcoming and inclusive. We have built our relationship within our market by ensuring that we are transparent about our expectations with players and content creators. Make sure that everyone get the respect they deserve and that as far as creators we arent looking at just numbers. Being true to ourselves and our morals and values is what has helped us get a good reputation in our market.
