Alright, Julissa thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?
When I get a new customer, I tend to send them free gifts or items at discounted prices!
Julissa, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Julissa & I’m the co-founder of an amazing company called GOFINITY. It is a health and wellness company based out of Slidell, Louisiana. I’ve been in the health and wellness industry for 3 years and I love helping my customers transform their bodies & bank accounts. When I have a customer who wants to lose weight or wants to grow their hair or even clear their skin, I love helping them. When they see results they are overjoyed! What sets me apart from others is that I lead from the front. When it comes to my team, I’m always edifying them & I show them how they can earn extra income. I’ve helped my team earn money in their own businesses as well. Working with me is fun but I take what I do serious! I love having fun with my team but when it’s time for serious business, then it’s time!
Over the years I feel like I have grown a lot. I listen & watch to personal development videos as well as listen to personal development books. My favorite book is As A Man Thinketh. I am proud of myself because I have come a very long way! A few years ago I would get upset if a customer would tell me no. Today, when a customer tells me no, I know that means not right now! I am super excited to see where I will be six-twelve months to now!
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I built my audience on social media by consistently posting daily. I also post interesting content and I use viral sounds. Between 2020 & 2023 I gained over 3,000 new followers!
