We were lucky to catch up with Pearl recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Pearl thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

Mediumship and soul to soul healing has become a mission for me. When I started doing this work it all unfolded really organically. Who I studied with, and then building my business. I knew it was the time to really dive into this world and learn everything I could about how to do mediumship as well as start a business. As the years have gone on I can’t believe I had the energy to put so much attention into developing, but it’s so clear that this work and the healing that I facilitate in a session, is a big part of my soul purpose here on earth.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

My name is Pearl and I am a trained evidential medium. What that means is that essentially I am a bridge between my client and their departed loved ones in the spirit world. A lot of times, people who book a session with me want to connect with their loved ones, or seek proof of heaven. And sometimes they need to say “I’m Sorry” or need to hear that message. It could be a lost mother, husband, child, or even pet that they desire to connect with. The healing that takes place in a session is truly a gift to witness. When my clients loved one’s identify who they are with facts and descriptions from their life, and then being through relevant messages for their life, I am in awe of the experience every time. I also read Tarot cards in a session if my client has specific questions about their life path and choices. I read the cards through the lens of their loved ones chatting with us about how to interpret the cards specifically for my clients needs. I always tell them that there are no bad cards, just representations of what they might be moving through. And my experience of the afterlife has only been meeting departed loved ones in heaven, where they sometimes even joke that they made it. I’m always hearing the afterlife referred to as “home”, and that is quite a comforting thought.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

Word of mouth and recommendations to others has been the most important way my business has grown. Reviews are also a fabulous way to show clients recommending my business. I’m so grateful to everyone who takes the time to share about a session with me, it helps so much in building my business.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

A lot of my clients are return clients. They may come once or twice a year near a special anniversary to connect with their person, or more often for life check ups and check ins with their spirit team. It’s important to me that people want to return for such intimate and vulnerable sessions, and I’m grateful that so many of my clients continue to book sessions with me.
