We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Carlos Serrano a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Carlos , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What was the most important lesson/experience you had in a job that has helped you as a business owner?

I believe the most important lesson I learned was always providing an amazing customer service to my customers.

Carlos , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I am a premium mobile car detailer based out of Dallas Tx, I fell in love with this industry when I started my 1st job at a car wash in 8th grade, I provide interior car detailing, and ceramic coatings. I’m fully mobile and come right to your doorstep, or job. What sets me apart is my 23 yrs in the industry, knowledge and skills. But above all I believe it’s my customer service. In proud to have taken the leap of faith and chased my dream. I also started a youtube channel called serranos mobile and that has taken me places. To teach and train others around the state.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

I had to leave in my truck for 4 months due to being evicted, by chasing this dream I were through so many struggles and tribulations, one of them was not having enough money to pay my bills. So I lived amd worked out of my truck.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Facebook has always been my best friend, so to showcase my work and passion I would always post before and after photos and always asked friends amd family to share my stuff. And I slowly grew
