Diana, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?
Shaker’s Fish Market Our kids helped us come up with the name of our small business.
Many successful businesses have family names, they have progressively become known over a long period of time.
Diana, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
With more than 80 types of fish and seafood , we bring in the freshest catch daily-from the Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, Bering Sea and Lake Erie—and cuts and fillets the fish in the store.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Diana thinks that provides Shaker’s customers with a great quality of fresh fish and seafood every time, and they will notice. The more customers who feel satisfied with our experience, the more they will return to buy again. We greet our customers a smile and always be courteous and respectful.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
We certainly have the best team and customers on the planet, Thank you so much, it means the world!
