Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Amber Bell. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Amber, appreciate you joining us today. Too often the media represents innovation as something magical that only high-flying tech billionaires and upstarts engage in – but the truth is almost every business owner has to regularly innovate in small and big ways in order for their businesses to survive and thrive. Can you share a story that highlights something innovative you’ve done over the course of your career?
As a CEO of Faith Management I have been instrumental in implementing innovative and effective management strategies for your artists. These strategies could include unique marketing approaches, creative collaborations, or utilizing new technologies to maximize their reach success. Pioneering artist development programs: In addition to managing various artists, you might have developed emerging talent. These programs could focus on providing opportunities for artistic growth, mentorship, and personal development, ensuring that each artist under your management flourishes in their career. I also an author where I write self health books and children books for parents with challenging situations.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I got into the industry by an entertainer who was on one of my many platforms he chose me to be his manager off of my energy. I am a CEO , author, & humanitarian. I write books for positive parenting, and children’s books, and comic books for kids with anxiety as well as bullying. I want to become the light in the industry and give people and viewers a chance to hear people’s stories through their dreams. I believe in if you have one person to believe in you, just one you can succeed! I have a non profit called Cater To Youth for inner city youth to come and have a safe place to play sports. Owning my own medical transportation company has impacted me in many ways Losing my mother to Lupus. Made me want to help others be comfortable and feel safe and get reliable services. I want to make them feel like it’s a family member giving them a service just to give them a heating blanket, or putting a step stool down. Top quality service means the most to me especially if you’re sick and leaving dialysis or an appointment being there on time so they don’t have to wait. Practicing EMPATHY I feel that is what the world needs more of. So I try to practice that in my everyday life and in what I do with my artists and just being approachable for anyone in the industry. I am proud to be the first and only Black/African american female to own a medical transportation company in South haven, Mississippi. I got a medallion and met with the mayor it was quite an honor besides being a mother to my two beautiful sons. I have many artists under my belt working for Universal Records BOI Bentley Enterprises, I have a makeup line, comic books, my own magazine is coming out called Hypnotize Magazine, as well as a affirmation book and other things stay tuned for my book tour I have my hands in a little of everything so it’s a pleasure to be able to open up doors for others.
We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
I met Bentley through his cousin He interviewed me on a podcast and told me I gotta meet his cousin which was Bentley. Once Bentley met me it was history we just clicked and he loved my drive and creativity.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Honestly honesty is the best policy as the saying goes! I feel like the journey is longer but, if you just keep a straight path to success the journey is worth it at the end of the tunnel.
