I am hoping to build a legacy that empowers people to own their stories and release any shame they have been carrying. I want people to wholeheartedly love who they are and walk in their truth. Rejecting labels and releasing shame from the judgment of society and others. I hope my legacy is one of hope, love and acceptance.

Lesson I had to learn in sales is you are NOT just a number. You are valued and more than your job. I made sure as a leader to continue to promote that message and allow people to be able to show up for themselves. This helped me create a company that promotes personal growth before professional growth. Katy doesn’t just seek growth; she cultivates it in every corner she touches.
Beyond her individual pursuits, she has an unyielding drive to elevate others, fostering environments of inclusivity, understanding, and mutual growth.

The best advice I can give is listening to your employees and making sure to follow through with your promises to sustain a strong and trustworthy culture and environment for your team. Team morale and inclusion is very important for growth and success.
