Some of the biggest trends I am seeing in the travel industry are:
1. Sustainable travel: Travelers, hotels and tour operators are increasingly concerned about the environmental impact of their journeys and providing eco-friendly options. This is a positive trend and encourages responsible tourism and helps reduce our carbon footprint.
2. Personalization: This is what my business is built on. Travelers today are seeking highly personalized experiences and itineraries. With the rise of AI, having a human element and personalized touch is what truly sets my business apart from booking through expedia or any other online travel agency.
3. Wellness Tourism: Wellness focused travel, including spa retreats, meditation, and yoga trips is on the rise. People are discovering the value in self-care and seeking more ways to disconnect in order to reconnect with oneself.

My years of personal experience traveling around the world, attention to detail and desire to help others ease the stress of planning travel ultimately led me to starting my business. Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new clients for me always comes from referrals. There is no better compliment to me than when a client is so happy with my services that they refer a friend or colleague to me.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Maintaining strong client relationships and fostering brand loyalty is crucial to my business. Some of the ways I do this is by regularly reaching out to clients through personalized emails, phone calls, or even handwritten notes. I keep clients informed with consistent updates about travel trends, destination updates, and special offers that I feel are geared toward their interests. After each trip, I always request feedback from my clients so that I can always improve my services and show them how much I value their opinions.
