Hi Litzy, thanks for joining us today. Do you manage your own social media?

I manage my own social media accounts as I do my own graphic designs and have an idea of how I want my social media accounts to look like. I have hired a team of graphic designers to create my biggest projects , so I can have more time to do other things.. Running a business all by myself can be pretty exciting yet a bit of a hassle at times , but I make it work.

Litzy, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My Name Is Litzy Rivera, I am a 21 year old business owner in Dallas, Texas. My business is Rivera Music Entertainment where I manage & book artists and bands locally in Texas. I started off doing graphic designs and filming for certain bands and that’s where my interest in music started all out and I got to where I am at now. I’m proud of everything I’ve done so far because I got myself here with no help and little support.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I have always practiced good marketing and promotion on my Tiktok account which helped me gain 15.3k followers. I created a certain schedule based on the interactions from my followers, for example I would post at different times of the day and I kept and eye on what time and what certain post had the most interactions.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

I have always learned that growing connections in this business industry was a way to go. I always reached out to people I looked up to for advice even when thinking they wouldn’t respond, but most of the time they did. I grew friendships along the way and having my groups play at different bars people would always ask for the contact information. Along the way we always make sure to make a big impression and to always cater to them.
