Alright, Eric thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you talk to us about how you learned to do what you do?

At an early age, I was always into artwork and paintings. Photography, to me, is nothing but artwork. I had learned photography by looking at video tutorials, hands-on training and guidance from my mentors. I had also attended photography workshops. But most importantly, practice was key. Knowing what I know now, I could have been more consistent. But to be honest, I was hungry and eager to learn. I had wanted to get better at my craft. I think the best skill that was essential was learning my camera. The only obstacle that could have stood in my way is “ME”. But I did not allow that to happen. I believe in growth, development, and getting better each day.

Eric, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Hi! My name is Eric J. Ryles, owner of EJRyles Photography. I was born and raise in Columbus, Georgia and I am currently based in Atlanta, Georgia. I enjoy family time, hiking, cooking, road trips, nature, playing basketball, and board games. I am honest, kind, caring, calm, and a people person. I like to say that creativity runs in my blood; and I believe photography enables me to show that creativity to the world.

EJRyles Photography is an all-around photography business. My aim is to use my lens to provide a product that tells my client’s story in a unique and visually artistic way. I want them to have a photo experience worth remembering. Thus far, I am proud that EJRyles Photography has received nothing but positive feedback from clients I have worked with and is steadily moving forward. Since EJRyles Photography is fairly new, I would like for it to be known for its integrity; unique, artistic vision; creativity; quality; and superb customer service. Honesty is the key characteristic that is important to my success. Not only does honesty speak to who I am as a person, but it sets the tone for the kind of atmosphere I want EJRyles Photography to create, which is one of trust and confidence. Honesty also provides consistency in my work ethic, and builds loyalty and trust in existing and future clients.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

Yes, I have two books that has come to my mind. “The Richest Man in Babylon” and “The Master Key System”

Is there a mission driving your creative journey?

Yes, I see in my vision, EJRyles Photography Studios. I want my own photography studio. Not only for myself, but for other creatives like me from the surrounding areas in Atlanta, Ga. This is the particular goal/mission that gives me the strength and zeal to have this vision to become a reality.
